Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. You simply need to notify us unequivocally (for example, by email) before the period expires; you may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Voluntary returns (up to 30 days)

We extend the period for voluntary exchanges and returns to 30 days. The product must be sent in good condition and with its accessories. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Defective or damaged product

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will take care of everything: replacement or a full refund. You also have the legal guarantee of conformity: 3 years in Spain, at least 2 years in the rest of the European Union, and the rights recognised under UK consumer law.

Refund

We will refund the amount, including the initial delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof of its dispatch, whichever occurs first.
